Vampirella: Dead Flowers

It’s not often one gets to have one of their childhood dreams come true. Well, one of those dreams was getting the opportunity to write Vampirella, so when Sara Frazetta invited me to join her in creating a mini-series for Dynamite Comics, I jumped at the chance.

Sara and I dreamed up a different take on Vampirella, leaning heavily into Gothic Horror.

It’s been amazing so far, with stellar reviews for the first two issues. The thing is, we’d love to do more in this universe, and that’s where you come in.

Monday, November 6 is the cut-off date for preorders, what’s called the FOC, ie Firm Order Commitment. So, please, if you’ve been enjoying our little gothic tale so far, be sure to ask your local comic retailer to order the book or order direct from the publisher.

Who knows, maybe we can keep the fires burning.
